The handwritten declaration has to be in the candidate’s handwriting and in English only. The text should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS. If it is written by anybody else and uploaded or in any other language, the application will be considered as invalid. (In the case of candidates who cannot write, may get the text of the declaration typed and put their left-hand thumb impression (if not able to sign also) below the typed declaration and upload the document as per specifications).
The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows –
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
While preparing your handwritten declaration, it is important to follow the following points to ensure that your application is processed smoothly:
Size and Dimensions: The size of the scanned handwritten declaration should be between 50 KB and 100 KB with dimensions of 800 x 400 pixels.
Avoid Capital Letters: The text of the IBPS handwritten declaration should not be written in capital letters. Use proper case as specified.
Language Requirement: The declaration should be written in the English language only. Declarations in any other language will not be accepted.
