When applying for IBPS RRB vacancies, you have to consider a lot of things as even a single mistake can lead to the cancellation of your application. There are a number of things required for applying online, one of which is thumb impression. Some candidates have doubt on how to upload thumb impression which we’ll be clearing in this article. Candidates who want to apply online for IBPS RRB vacancies must scan their left thumb impression. In case a candidate doesn’t have his/her left thumb, s/he may use his/her right thumb. In case both the thumbs are not there, the impression of one of the fingers of the left hand starting from the forefinger should be taken. If fingers are also not there, the impression of the left toe may be taken.

In all such scenario where left thumb impression isn’t uploaded, the candidate should specify in the uploaded document the details of finger/toe. The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. Please note that any online application which doesn’t have the left thumb impression uploaded will be considered invalid.
