IBPS PO Prelims 2023 Study Plan- 30 Days

IBPS PO 2023 recruitment notification was released in August 2023. As per the official notification, For the year 2023, the IBPS PO prelims examination will be held on September 23, 30, and October 01, 2023, whereas IBPS PO Mains is going to be conducted on November 05, 2023.

Selection Process for IBPS PO 2023 

IBPS PO Selection process consists of three phases:

1. Prelims Exam
2. Mains Exam
3. Interview

The whole recruitment process will be wrapped up in February/March 2024 & the results will be declared soon afterward.

Candidates will have to clear the Prelims or first Phase of the IBPS PO exam 2023, in order to reach the Mains exam. The preliminary exam is a 1-hour exam, divided by 20 minutes for each section, which will be conducted in online mode. It has 3 sections which invite a total of 100 questions carrying a total of 100 marks. The structure of the Prelims Exam which will be conducted online, is as follows:

IBPS PO 2023 Mains Exam Pattern

The IBPO PO Mains exam will also be conducted online. It will have 5 sections with a total score of 200 + 25 marks and a total duration of 180 + 30 minutes. For the final interview process, the candidates need to crack both the IBPS PO prelims and IBPS PO mains examinations. The exam structure for IBPS PO 2023 Mains is as follows

Note:

• For Every wrong attempt, there is a negative Marking of 0.25 mark
• Aspirants need both Overall as well as Sectional Cut-offs to qualify for the Mains exam 
• Marks scored by the candidate in the Mains exam only will be considered for shortlisting for the Interview and Final Merit List
