The IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2024 consists of three phases: prelims, mains, and interview. The IBPS PO prelims exam includes three sections: Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and English Language. The mains exam has five sections: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Economy & Banking Awareness, and English Language. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
The final stage of IBPS PO is the Interview Process, conducted by participating organizations and coordinated by Nodal Banks in each State/UT, involving a panel that will assess the candidate’s qualifications, personality, and suitability for a career in banking Jobs.
