IBPS Clerk 2023: Steps to Fill Online Application Form

IBPS Clerk application form 2023 is expected to be available on IBPS official website by June 2023. The exact dates will be available after the release of the official notification. The clerical cadre exam prelims exam is scheduled for August 2023—the exam is conducted in two phases preliminary and mains examination. Candidates need to fill out the online application form, upload documents and pay application fees to apply for IBPS clerk. The application fee for General/EWS/OBC is 600 and for SC/ST is 100.

Steps to Fill IBPS Clerk 2023 Application Form Online

The IBPS clerk application process involves registration, fill details online, uploading scanned and payment of application fees. All the steps to fill out the clerk application form are mentioned below.

Step 1: IBPS Clerk Registration Online

  • Visit the official website www.ibps.in for registration.
  • Enter your name, birth date, mobile number and email address to proceed to registration on the IBPS website.
  • You will get a message with login information on your registered email address and mobile number.
  • Use the login details to log in IBPS website to fill out the application form.

Step 2: Upload Required Scanned Documents Online

Candidates have to scan and upload four documents photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and written declaration form. It is mandatory to upload a handwritten declaration form in the prescribed format. The candidates are required to write a declaration form on thier own then, scan it and upload it while filling out the application form.

Step 3: Fill Out IBPS Clerk Application Form

  • Candidates are required to fill in details of personal and educational qualifications in the application form.
  • Indicate their category, state, bank details and center preference correctly.

Step 4: Preview of IBPS Clerk Application form

  • Fill details in the application form carefully.
  • Proofread all information filled in the application form before final submission.
  • Candidates are allowed to edit in the application form a maximum of 3 times.

Step 5: Payment of Application Fee Online

  • Candidates are required to pay the application fee through online mode only.
  • Payment can be made by Debit Card/Credit Card/IMPS/net banking/cash card or wallet.
  • Choose the payment mode option first and then, fill out your bank details.
  • The process takes time so don’t refresh the page.
  • If payment fails, then, candidate can get payment refund within 15 days in the bank account.
  • Application form fee: General/OBC/EWS: 600 & SC/ST: 100.
  • Keep the e-receipt of fee payment and application form for future reference.
