Attempt’s Quality is to be Focussed on
The questions in the preliminary exams are often lengthy. Therefore, it’s essential to prioritize the quality of your answers over the quantity. Accuracy holds great significance in such exams.
Accuracy Matters
Even if the aspirants attempt 50% of questions with 100% accuracy, one can easily clear the sectional cut-offs.
Practice & Practice
The best way to succeed in the Reasoning section is through practice. The more you practice, the better your speed and accuracy will become. Therefore, make it a habit to practice mock tests daily as it will help you understand the exam pattern more effectively.
Mock tests are to be taken Seriously
The best way to analyse your performance well is mock tests. Give these tests aiming to score high and try to solve a minimum of 2 mock tests on a daily basis. It will not only help you to get the best out of yourself, but will even help you clarify your concepts more.
Analysis is Important as well
Merely taking Mock Tests without analysing them is like you are driving endlessly without any directions. Do take the time to analyse the mocks and see what are your weak areas. Put extra effort in improving those as you wouldn’t want to lag behind your competitors.
Whenever you are practicing or doing in an actual exam, it is simply very difficult to solve each and every question that comes your way. As far as the Reasoning section is concerned, not all 35 can be attempted, but the trick that works best here is picking the easy & moderate questions first and solving them with accuracy. Attempt only those.
