Revised Exam Pattern of the SSC MTS
There’s only one online Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted for the selection of the staff. The whole examination process consists of:
- Computer Based Test
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) (only for the post of Havaldar)
- Document Verification
- Final Selection
Earlier the SSC MTS used to have one paper in CBT for a total of 100 marks but this year the exam pattern has changed. While there’s still only one paper in CBT, now it’s 270 marks. The revised exam pattern is given below.

- Go through the whole syllabus first thing.
