A total of 30 Marks are set for this English section in the Preliminary Exam. To get the full 30 marks, you need to focus on each and every topic mentioned above. After going through and noting down the syllabus fully and properly, you should focus on clearing the basics. If your basics are clear and strong, scoring high on the exam becomes easy. With regular practice, Mock Tests can help you overcome your mistakes and train you to answer a maximum number of questions within a given time period. Analyze your Mock Tests and find out your weak and strong areas. Work on your weak areas and try to improve your performance in the next Mock Test.

2. First go for the part you are good in

If your vocabulary part is strong and you can read quickly, then you should first attempt the reading comprehension part and then move on to other topics like Error correction, Sentence rearrangement, etc. But, if you are good at Grammar you can attempt reading comprehension later in the end. Or whatever you feel comfortable in. You can make or break your own rules, but for better results. Devote time to understanding and perfecting Basic English grammar and various structures of sentences. Practice as many questions as you can, of all the topics, to strengthen your command over them. When you’ll try to attempt as many questions as possible in 20 minutes in a Mock Test, you will be able to solve as many questions as possible in the actual LIC AAO 2023 Exam.

3. Read every day & maintain a dairy

It is essential to maintain a diary or notebook dedicated to the strategy of daily preparation tactics. You can list down your daily plan in it and start your preparations every day. This will also help you in quickly recall all the current affairs questions or answers that you had jotted down only yesterday. It also helps in the last time revision. Read Newspapers, especially the editorial section, daily, to improve your vocabulary and critical thinking power.

4. Previous year’s question papers

Ask any Topper, the secret of his success. And he will say, either, Mock Tests or Previous year questions or both. This is the secret to the success of every Topper. So, take the help of the previous year’s question papers to know what sort of questions come in the exam. This is an old trick but has always been very rewarding. Previous year’s questions show you the pattern of the questions that are asked in the actual LIC AAO 2023 and highlight your weak and strong points so that you can work on your weak points and strengthen your strong points further.

5. Practice and Practice

There is no replacement for practice. In fact, without practice, even the most brilliant students can fail in the LIC AAO 2023 or any other Banking Exam. Practice with a clock instills in you the sense of managing your exam time well. So, practice as much as you can. Read and write the sentences to practice various rules of Grammar and its different structures. Though the English language may look theoretical in appearance but is actually mathematical in nature when you study its structures. Like Math, it needs the practice to feed the structures of Grammar in mind. So, to score full marks in this section, you have to practice a lot. And one of the most effective ways to test your recently acquired Grammar skills is by testing them via LIC AAO 2023 Mock Tests. Mock Tests will reveal your flaws and act as the best teacher who informs you about your level of preparation and highlights your mistakes that may otherwise emerge on the actual exam day.
