How to Attempt the SSC CGL 2024 Exam?: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam from 9th September to 26th September 2024. The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam consists of four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and English Comprehension. The SSC presents a total of 100 questions and each question carries 2 marks. The SSC allocates a total of 60 minutes to attempt the question paper and 80 minutes for those candidates who are eligible for scribe.

1. Before the Exam

  • Before the exam, candidates must gather the necessary items such as an admit card, original photo ID, 2 passport size photograph
  • Get proper sleep and rest the night before the exam by which they can attempt the exam without tiredness.
  • Candidates must eat healthily before the day of the exam to stay focused and energized during the exam.
  • Reach the exam center timely to avoid last-minute stress.
  • Make sure you have visited the examination center one day before the exam.

2. During the Exam

  • Candidates must read the instructions very carefully before starting the exam to avoid any mistakes.
  • Candidates must divide the time wisely among all sections as we all know that the SSC CGL is a time-bounded Exam
  • If a question is taking a long time, candidates are advised to leave that question and move on to the next one.
  • The SSC CGL Exam consists of negative markings, so try to attempt only those questions on which you can rely.
  • Try to solve small calculations mentally to save time.
  • Stay calm and focused, and avoid watching here and there.

3. After the Exam
