Documents Required for IBPS PO Interview

The IBPS PO Mains 2023 result was announced on January 30, 2024. Candidates who have qualified for the exam will be called for the Document Verification process. During this process, candidates must bring both original documents and self-attested photocopies of all required documents. The officials will verify the authenticity of these documents. Candidates must carry all the required documents, as failure to do so or submission of fraudulent documents will lead to disqualification from the final selection process.

IBPS PO Interview Documents Required

Candidates must carry the following documents for the document verification process:

  1. Photo ID Proof: Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhar Card with photo, etc.
  2. IBPS PO Admit Card: The admit card along with necessary certificates.
  3. Income Certificate: For EWS category candidates, the income and asset certificate in the prescribed format.
  4. Caste Certificate: For SC/ST/OBC candidates, issued by a competent authority.
  5. Experience Certificate: For candidates with prior work experience.
  6. Scribe Certificate: If a scribe was used, provide the scribe details in the required format.
  7. Ex-serviceman Certificate: Service/Discharge book, pension order, and proof of rank for ex-servicemen.
  8. Defense Certificate: For current defense personnel, a certificate confirming release by August 2024.
  9. Domicile Certificate for J&K: For age relaxation eligibility due to Jammu and Kashmir domicile.
  10. 1984 Riots Affected Certificate: A certificate from the District Magistrate for age relaxation due to 1984 riots.
  11. Educational Qualification Certificates: Original certificates and mark sheets for all qualifications.
  12. Application Form: A printed copy of the online application submitted during registration.
  13. Disability Certificate: For candidates with Benchmark Disability, in the prescribed format.
  14. Passport Size Photograph: Recent passport-size photo, same as uploaded in the application form.
  15. NOC: Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates currently employed in government or private organizations.
  16. Proof of Date of Birth: Original proof like a 10th mark sheet or birth certificate.

Ensure that all documents are original, and photocopies must be self-attested.

IBPS PO Interview Documents Upload on the IBPS Site

For the IBPS PO Interview 2025, Selected candidates are required to upload and present below listed documents for verification. The detailed list of the necessary documents is given below:

  1. Interview Call Letter: Download, Upload and print the interview call letter from the official IBPS website.
  2. Online Application Form (CRP-PO/MT-XIV): A printout of the application form submitted during the registration process.
  3. Proof of Date of Birth: Acceptable documents include a birth certificate or the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).
  4. Photo Identity Proof: One Valid identification such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID.
  5. Educational Certificates:
    • Graduation Mark-sheets/Certificates: All relevant Year/Semester wise mark sheets and the degree certificate.
    • Class 10 and 12 Certificates: Mark sheets and certificates from secondary and higher secondary education.
  6. Caste Certificate (if applicable): For SC/ST/OBC candidates, a valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
  7. EWS Certificate (if applicable): For candidates applying under the Economically Weaker Section category, a valid EWS certificate.
  8. Disability Certificate (if applicable): For Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), a certificate issued by a recognized medical authority.
  9. Ex-Serviceman Certificate (if applicable): Relevant discharge papers or proof of service.
  10. No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if applicable): Required for candidates currently employed in government or public sector organizations.
  11. Age Relaxation Certificate (if applicable): Documents supporting claims for age relaxation.
  12. Experience Certificates (if applicable): Certificates from previous employers detailing work experience.
  13. Scribe Declaration Form (if applicable): For candidates who have used a scribe during the examination, a duly filled and signed scribe declaration form.
  14. Passport-Sized Photographs : 6 to 8 Recent photographs, preferably the same as those uploaded during the application process.

Ensure that you carry both the original documents and self-attested photocopies of each. Failure to present any required document may lead to disqualification from the interview process. It’s advisable to organize these documents in advance to facilitate a smooth verification process.
