Responsibilities:
Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Maintaining records of transactions and customer accounts.
Assisting customers with account-related queries.
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation.
Career Progression: While the Clerk role itself does not lead directly to high managerial positions, it provides valuable experience in banking operations. With time and experience, Clerks can apply for promotions to higher-grade clerical positions, such as Senior Clerk or Head Clerk.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
The age limit usually falls within the range of 20 to 28 years.
Proficiency in computer operations and knowledge of local languages.
