Q5. What is the educational qualification for IDBI Exam 2021? Are there any changes?

You need to be graduate with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) from any recognized university. Keep in mind, the percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks obtained by you in all the subjects in all semester (s)/ year (s) by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honors/optional/ additional optional subject if any.

Q6. What is the age limit for IDBI recruitment 2021?

If you are interested in applying for the IDBI executives post-2021, you should be between the age of 20 to 25 years. This is the cut-off date for eligibility criteria, Age-wise & Qualification wise.

Q7. What will be the consolidated remuneration (salary) for the above-mentioned post?

As per the latest IDBI notification ringing on its official website, it is Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year, Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year, and Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service. You, as an appointee, shall not be entitled to any superannuation benefits whatsoever. Plus, you will also not get any gratuity and provident fund benefits. However, the Executives would be covered under IBLNPS Rules, 2011. The contractual period of service would not be counted for any superannuation/ terminal benefits, in case, the appointee is considered for appointment in the services of IDBI Bank as a regular full-time employee at a later stage.

Q8. Can you submit your application form offline mode?

No. The application will be accepted only through the online mode.

Q9. What will be the mode of the test?

The test will be conducted online mode.

Q10. What is the language of the question paper?

English and Hindi (except for the English Language test).

Q11. Is there any negative marking in the exam?

Yes, there is a negative marking in the exam. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every incorrect response.

The result of the online test will be announced 15 days after the online test.
