Candidates need to maintain optimal physical fitness, including proficiency in activities like running, skipping, push-ups, and sit-ups. A suggested training routine includes running 4 kilometers within 15 minutes, incorporating skipping exercises, completing one set of 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups, accomplishing 8 chin-ups, engaging in 3-4 meters of rope climbing, and demonstrating proficiency in a 25-meter swimming session. Preparing diligently in line with this routine will contribute to the candidates’ overall physical readiness for the selection process.
