AFCAT 2 Preparation Strategy: The Indian Air Force (IAF) has started registering the candidates for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) 2024 today on 30th May 2024. Candidates should remember that Reasoning and Military Aptitude section has 25 questions of 75 marks. These questions are of both Verbal and Non-Verbal nature and are equally important. A smart preparation strategy is the key to success in this section too. Many candidates also reduce their score because of negative marking by attempting every question and answering very few correctly. Candidates can score full marks easily in the General Awareness section. It doesn’t require any mathematical or reasoning skills. It has questions on Current Affairs and Static General Awareness. Candidates need to master the current affairs of the last 5 to 6 months and memorize the static information to face this section with ease. Good preparation also requires short notes for all the information ascertained to revise it before the exam swiftly. Focus more on all the important topics like Sports, Defence equipments, National and international events, Major advancements and deals, Military exercises, Current affairs, Books and authors, Sports terminology and Nicknames of important personalities.
