Those candidates who want to apply online for SSC GD Constable exam will have to pay Rs 100. Aspirants who have their category as SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ Females are exempt from paying the application fee. Applicants can pay the fee in online (Debit/ Credit card/ Net Banking) as well as offline (challan) modes

• Visit the official website of the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at https://ssc.nic.in/.
• Register yourself as a new user by clicking on the ‘Register Now’ button on the home page. You will need to provide your basic details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, etc.
• After registering, you will receive a registration number and password on your email and mobile. Use these credentials to log in to the SSC portal.
• Click on the ‘Apply’ tab and select the ‘Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination’ link.
• Fill in the online application form with your personal, educational and other details. Make sure you enter the correct information as per your documents.
• Upload your scanned photograph and signature as per the prescribed specifications. The photograph should be in JPG format and between 20 KB to 50 KB in size. The signature should be in JPG format and between 10 KB to 20 KB in size.
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- through online mode using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card or SBI Challan. Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from paying the fee.
• Submit your application form and take a printout of it for future reference. You will also receive a confirmation email and SMS from SSC.
