Which exams did you appear in till date and what were their results?*

2019- Final selection in SBI CLERK

2019- Final selection in IDBI EXECUTIVE

2018- ESIC SSO – Cleared all three exams but could not make in final merit list

How did you prepare for the English section?*

English: English has been my strongest section. I attempted 26/30 questions in SBI PO Prelims and 34/35 in SBI PO MAINS. For English one must- 1- Read 4-5 editorials daily from English Newspapers like The Hindu, The Economic Times, The Indian Express, Business Standard etc. using Internet. 2- Read editorials of different topics like Economy, Banking, National and International news etc. It will also help in Descriptive test. 3- Solve high level questions of English Language which are available in Practicemock Full Tests as well as Sectional tests. Grade up daily quizzes and mocks are also very helpful. 2- Quant- 1- Clear your concepts of topics like Time Distance, Profit Loss etc. and topics like simplification, quadratic equations etc. 2- You can clear your concepts from various channels available on YOUTUBE. Channels like Infinitesimal, Meritshine, ADDA247 (only for prelims) 3- Practice high level questions and attempt several mocks and analyse them properly. 3- Reasoning- 1- Clear your concepts 2- Practice as much as you can. The simplest way to practice is to attempt good quality mocks. 4- Current Affairs, Banking And General Awareness 1- For current affairs- Daily Current Affairs by Dr. Gaurav Garg of Study IQ Youtube Channel and BEST 200 of every month. 2- For Banking follow Anil Agarwal sir’s Youtube channel and watch all the videos gradually from the playlist. These videos are also very helpful for group discussion and interview. 3- Cover static portion like dams, national parks etc from mocks only.

What was your overall strategy? Did you follow a study schedule? If yes, please share the details.*

Study regularly for 6-7 hours instead of studying for 9-10 hours when exam is near which I used to do during my initial period of preparation.Recognize your strengths and weaknesses. For me, General Awareness has been the biggest hurdle specially mugging up current affairs of last 5-6 months has been a very challenging task. So, work hard on your weak subjects, try to identify your flaws, maintain a positive state of mind, accept and learn from your fears and failures.

Did PracticeMock help you in your success? Please elaborate.*

Practicemock provides high level and quality questions at an affordable price. The level of questions is usually higher than the actual paper and it prepares you for the worst. Also, I really like the interface and my SBI PO PRELIMS AND MAINS preparation was solely dependent on Practicemock and Gradeup Mocks.
