RBI GRADE B Exam Pattern 2023

Even though the RBI Grade B 2023 notification has not yet been released, the exam pattern remains relatively constant.
I have mentioned the 2022 exam pattern in this article. Reading through it will give you an idea of the various phases of the 2022 RBI Grade B Exam.
Aspects such as the amount of time you have for the exam, the number of questions from each section, and whether or not there is negative marking. This is an important factor to consider when reviewing the exam pattern.
Many students who excel in one subject tend to skip that subject and concentrate on the others. However, this is not a good strategy because the RBI Grade B examination also has a sectional cut off. That is why you should also examine previous years’ papers.

The whole exam is divided into 3 Phases. I have mentioned the phases below:

Prelims (Phase 1) and Mains Exam (Phase 2) are both computer-based written exams.

Prelims is a qualifying phase, so don’t spend too much time on it. You don’t want to get the highest score in this phase because it won’t matter.

Each interview will be worth 75 points. Candidates will be chosen for interviews based on their performance in Phase II (Paper-I +Paper-II +Paper-III). The Board will determine the minimum aggregate cut off marks for being shortlisted for an interview based on the number of vacancies. The names of those who have been shortlisted for interviews will be published on the RBI website at the appropriate time, and interview invitations will be sent to registered email addresses. Candidates can choose between an interview in Hindi and an interview in English. The merit list will be prepared by adding the marks obtained by candidates in the Phase II examination and interview.
