Therefore, by inculcating the regular habit of newspapers reading (editorials especially), you will experience constant improvements in your writing and comprehension skills. The good thing about Reading Comprehension is that it doesn’t test your English grammar skills, and you can just answer it with ease via your newly acquired comprehension skills. Plus, it will also help you in answering questions on general awareness.
You need to master some important topics like the cloze test (subject-verb agreement, preposition, and verbs). By mastering these topics, you can easily deal with questions from other topics as well. Almost all the topics stem from grammar. So, you should revisit all the basic grammar and test your grammar skills through Mock Tests before appearing in the actual IBPS Clerk Exam.

But because they may find questions like comprehension, rearrangement, etc. very time taking. If you too find it hard, you need to attempt the questions you are good at first. If your vocabulary part is strong and you are a quick reader, then you should attempt the reading comprehension first and then only go for other topics, like, Cloze test, Error Spotting Correction, Jumbled Paragraphs, etc. But if you are good at Grammar, you can attempt reading comprehension later in the end.
