Previous experience with Banking Exams and the Results!
I gave my very first IBPS PO (2018) exam and missed it by few marks in the finals. Later I appeared for IBPS Clerk (2018) and that also I was not able to clear and was not selected again because of few marks. After that I gave SBI PO (2019) and SBI Clerk (2019) and finally got selected in SBI Clerk (2019) which is my dream bank.
Preparation Strategies for English, Quant, Reasoning, Current Affairs & General Awareness
I just practiced from PracticeMock only. Practiced all the quizzes, sectional tests which helped me a lot and achieving success.
What was the strategy you adopted in preparing for the exam? What was your study schedule? What were the major hurdles you overcame
Well, the only hurdle that I overcame is lacking self confidence after my failures. As far as my strategy was concerned, my strategy was to give 2 mocks per day and starting from 1 month before to the day of Prelims I used to give 2-3 mocks per day. For Mains I used to give only 1 mock per day till the date of Mains. Other than practicing mocks I used to study current affairs from PracticeMock’s Bazooka and some other sources too.
How PracticeMock helped you?
Well, it was very helpful. I owe some part of my success to PracticeMock.
Don’t lose hope. If today’s not the day then make sure that tomorrow is all yours. Treat each exam as it is your last exam and you will be able to do it. And don’t panic before and while giving the exam and just remember that you can and you will do it!
