Candidates selected as RBI Grade B Officers draw Rs. 55,200/- monthly salary. The pay scale includes the perks and benefits added to the basic salary. RBI Grade B Officers are eligible to get Special Allowance, Grade Allowance, Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, Special Grade Allowance, Learning Allowance, and House Rent Allowance as per the rules and regulations. The initial monthly emoluments of an RBI Grade B Officer is Rs. 1,16,914/- (approximately). RBI Grade B Pre-Exam Training
The Reserve Bank of India provides pre-exam training to SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates free of cost for Phase 1 and 2 exams. Candidates who want to avail of this facility provided by RBI can send an email to Director/General Manager of the Reserve Bank of India. Applications for RBI Grade B Pre-Exam Training are accepted through online mode. Candidates are advised to follow the necessary instructions to apply for training. The training sessions are provided to candidates for Phases 1 and 2. Those who successfully qualify for Phase 1 can take pre-exam training for the Phase 2 exam.
